Job summary

Kamlax Global Technologies is seeking a talented Java Developer to join its growing technology team in Malaysia. This role focuses on building modern enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications in an Agile environment, collaborating with architects, QA, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Java 11, and/or Java 17.
• Proven experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases including Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Familiarity with Maven and/or Gradle build automation tools.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
