Finsmart Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Java backend developer to join our trading technology team. You will design and implement scalable back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, focusing on high-concurrency, low-latency systems for global clients.

You will collaborate with engineers across the globe, optimize MySQL/Redis data stores, and explore new microservices frameworks. English and Mandarin communication is essential.

What You Bring:

• Core Expertise: At least 2~3 years of hands-on Java development with strong backend system experience
• Database Skills: Experience with MySQL, Redis, and SQL optimization
• Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with our diverse, global team

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in fintech, trading systems, or financial services
• Knowledge of distributed frameworks (Spring Cloud, Dubbo) or microservices architecture
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop)
• DevOps experience or cloud platform knowledge
