Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mid-Level Java Backend Engineer to own backend services for CRM and trading data integrations. You will design MT4/MT5 integrations, payment gateway services and internal APIs while ensuring performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes high concurrency, JVM tuning and scalable microservices within a FinTech infrastructure. Collaboration with DevOps, Risk and Product teams is essential, and mentoring junior engineers is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 1–3 years of Java backend development experience, fintech or trading systems preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Java concurrency and JVM tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud and microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend design for CRM systems and trading data integrations.
• Develop MT4/MT5 integrations and payment gateway services.
• Build internal and external APIs for campaigns and promotions.
• Develop, maintain and optimize Java microservices with high concurrency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Risk and Product teams to ensure reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews.
