Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing) or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Japanese language proficiency of JLPT N2 or above.
• Able to understand and translate technical and engineering terminology.
• Fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills and internship exposure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical, engineering, production, quality, and operational documents between Japanese and English.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, training sessions, audits, and business visits.
• Act as a bridge between Japanese expatriates and local employees.
• Support engineering teams in reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Assist in coordinating engineering projects and communicating technical requirements.
• Translate emails, manuals, SOPs, and other business documents.
