Qualifications

• JLPT N1 or N2 preferred.
• Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese.
• At least 2 years of Japanese translation experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Japanese expatriates, local employees, and management to promote effective communication.
• Provide live interpretation/translation for meetings, training sessions, performance reviews, and day-to-day operations.
• Translate business emails, technical reports, SOPs, and operational documents across Japanese, English, Malay, and Chinese.
• Support operations activities with clear communication and translation.
• Maintain professional ethics and data privacy during high-level discussions and confidential meetings.
• Assist with executive administrative tasks, onboarding Japanese assignees, and ad-hoc department duties.
