Job summary

MEIWAPAX MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Semenyih, Malaysia to meet monthly quotas and expand business. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with production, and manage customer relationships while traveling as needed.

The role requires native Japanese language skills (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) and strong English/Malay/Mandarin communication. A minimum of 2 years in sales and familiarity with market analysis are advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2/N1 preferred; native Japanese speaker required.
• At least 2 years in sales or related field.
• Education: Senior Middle 3 or SPM or equivalent.
• Market analysis & basic computer knowledge an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel; strong interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales quota.
• Generate sales and profitable margins by managing and expanding existing business and targeting new opportunities.
• Liaise with existing customers to ensure business continuation.
• Prepare quotations and monitor collections.
• Coordinate with Production Planner and Sales Coordinator for production planning.
• Attend customer complaints and raise quality claim forms.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
• Conduct surveys on customers and monitor satisfaction and requirements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Attend workshops and reviews to maintain professional knowledge; network and benchmark best practices.
• Collection.
• Prepare for cylinder engraving with Printing Department and cylinder maker.
