SHAKARIKI 432 RESTAURANT SDN BHD is opening a new Japanese restaurant and seeking enthusiastic Service Crew to join the hall staff from Day 1. You will greet guests, present menus, recommend dishes, and ensure a smooth dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided, and you will grow with our expanding restaurant group in Kuala Lumpur.

SERVICE CREW

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding seating.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, including specialties and recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
