• Degree or certification in Translation, Interpreting, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in translation or interpreting.
• Proven experience in simultaneous interpreting for conferences, events, or live settings.
• Ability to commit to deadlines and maintain high quality under pressure.
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher is a mandatory requirement for all candidates.
