Job summary

MASH is seeking a Japanese-speaking Sales Development Representative to support publisher acquisition across Japan. Located with Malaysia as the preferred base, you will identify and qualify prospective partners, build relationships in the local app, gaming and web publisher communities, and create opportunities for the wider sales team.

You should have 1–3 years in early-career sales or business development, fluent Japanese and professional English, and a good grasp of Japanese business

• Sales support: coordinate meetings and share market insights with the team.
• Market awareness: identify local opportunities and trends for the broader sales org.
