Job summary

99 Speed Mart is seeking an IT Support Technician in Shah Alam to set up hardware, install software and drivers, and maintain computer systems and networks. The role requires a CS-related degree or diploma and travel to outstation tasks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will diagnose issues, provide remote repair instructions, troubleshoot system failures, and coordinate maintenance. A company-provided mobile plan is included.

Responsibilities

• Setting up hardware, installing and configuring software and drivers.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Providing assistance in dealing with problems or errors of computer system.
• Diagnose and provide the instruction of repair remotely.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to amend inefficiencies.
• Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
