Job summary

Brightstar Computer in Malaysia is seeking a hardware technician to install and repair computer components, supporting both laptops and desktops in-store. You will assemble computers according to provided designs or create custom builds and configure hardware.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strict testing of finished systems, and ensuring compatibility across components. If you are passionate about PC hardware and have at least one year of store experience, this is a strong fit.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a computer store.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair the physical components of computers.
• Require you to be familiar and work with both laptop and desktop computers.

• Ensure each component is fully powered and compatible with every other component.
