Job summary

Thye Heng Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and support our IT systems, infrastructure and team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive daily operations, plan projects, and collaborate with vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on leadership, a degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering, and 5+ years of IT experience including 2+ years in a senior role. ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years IT experience including 2+ years in senior/leadership role.
Experience with SQL Server, AutoCount, Power BI, servers and networking.
ISO 27001 knowledge is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and support IT systems, software, servers, networks and infrastructure.
Lead IT team in daily operations and technical matters.
Plan and manage IT projects, system improvements and upgrades.
Collaborate with external vendors for system issues and integrations.
Support data reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
Implement data protection and cybersecurity measures.
Oversee IT assets, setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
