Job summary

J-TECH SYSTEM SDN BHD is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote assistance to customers in Kuala Lumpur. You will setup, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, servers, storage, network devices, printers, and peripherals, and assist in VPN configurations.

Responsibilities include monitoring support cases, coordinating with customers, and preparing simple documentation while updating the job status for timely resolution.

• Configure network devices (router, switch, WiFi).
• Manage printers and peripheral devices.
• Assist in server, network, and VPN configuration.
• Support cloud and VPS connectivity troubleshooting.
• Perform system installation, migration, and basic maintenance.
• Monitor and follow up customer support cases.
• Prepare simple documentation and update job status
