PERSOL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled technical specialist to support retail or ecommerce platforms and system integrations. You will investigate and resolve complex integration issues, administer Shopify environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital commerce operations and data flows.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and external platform integrations, plus the ability to provide Level 2/3 support and contribute to platform

• Proven experience supporting retail or e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of digital commerce operations and customer-facing systems.
• Strong technical expertise in system integrations, including APIs and webhooks.
• Data flows and connectivity between multiple business applications.
• Ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues across interconnected systems and third-party services.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Shopify environments, including platform operations, maintenance, incident resolution, and technical support.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce processes, including order lifecycle and payment gateways.
• Inventory synchronisation, fulfilment workflows, and external platform integrations.
• Capable of Level 2/Level 3 technical support, performing root cause analysis and delivering permanent resolutions.
• Experience delivering light development and enhancements, troubleshooting code, supporting integrations, and contributing to platform improvements in a full-stack environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, owning technical challenges with cross-functional collaboration.

Proven experience supporting retail or e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of digital commerce operations and customer-facing systems.

Strong technical expertise in system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, data flows, and connectivity between multiple business applications and platforms.

Ability to independently investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues across interconnected systems and third-party services.

Hands-on experience administering and supporting Shopify environments, including platform operations, maintenance, incident resolution, and technical support.

Solid understanding of e-commerce business processes, including order lifecycle, payment gateways, inventory synchronisation, fulfilment workflows, and external platform integrations.

Capable of providing Level 2/Level 3 technical support, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes, and driving permanent resolutions to recurring issues.

Experience delivering light development and enhancement work, including troubleshooting code, supporting integrations, and contributing to platform improvements in a full-stack environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership of technical challenges, beyond ticket coordination and escalation, while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
