Job description

Oversee the daily operation and performance of ANPR and Access Control systems, ensuring optimal functionality of both hardware and software components.

Configure, integrate, and fine-tune system settings according to specific project and site requirements.

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field and client issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution support.

Coordinate with clients on system commissioning, user training, and post-installation support.

Provide on-site technical assistance and system testing during deployment and acceptance stages.

Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues, monitor progress, and ensure closure of outstanding cases.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and user manuals for internal and client reference.

Generate weekly/monthly performance and incident reports summarizing uptime, issues, and resolutions.
