Job summary

Ipsos Sdn Bhd is recruiting a data analytics report specialist in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supporting automated reporting solutions, preparing and tabulating data with automated tools, and aiding in the development of interactive dashboards and reporting platforms.

The candidate should have a degree in statistics/data analytics or related fields, about 1 year of experience, strong Excel skills, data manipulation capability, and good communication. VBA/Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree qualification in Statistics / Data Analytics / Mathematics / Business Intelligence / Actuarial Studies or related fields.
Around 1 year of relevant data/reporting experience.
Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation knowledge.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with VBA, Power BI, Dapresy or Tableau is an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of automated reporting solutions and templates.
Prepare, process and tabulate data using automated tools and macros.
Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and reporting platforms.
Create and maintain quality control and validation tools.
Lead data checking and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with researchers, internal teams and vendors.
Respond proactively to reporting requests.
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
