Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for IT solutions.
• Ability to design solutions and map business processes.
• Experience creating test scenarios and supporting UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and document solution designs for DHL customs products.
• Prepare tests and support UAT with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure stories are ready for development.
