Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an IT Software Business Analyst (Associate / Analyst) to analyse business requirements and drive IT project delivery aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

You will gather user needs, lead workshops, document test materials, and collaborate with internal and bank clients to translate requirements into practical applications, with training and support on testing and adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Associate: Fresh graduates or up to 3 years in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions through research and collaboration with internal and customer teams.
• Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend customer solutions.
• Lead workshops and deliver presentations to bank clients.
• Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Support test strategy, planning, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into applications.
