Job summary

NES Fircroft Malaysia is seeking an hands-on IT Support professional to deliver IT infrastructure services and end-user computing across Malaysia and Thailand. You will own the full IT asset lifecycle—from sourcing and procurement to inventory tracking, deployment and stock control—while managing office connectivity, security systems, and access control.

You will support onboarding, including user account creation, device provisioning, software setup, and policy-compliant IT practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
• Hands-on desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support across Malaysia & Thailand, covering hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: sourcing, procurement, inventory, deployment, and stock control.
• Onboard new joiners with account creation, device provisioning, and policy-compliant setup.
• Maintain office internet, security systems, access control, and CCTV as applicable.
• Support software updates, patches, license management, and vendor coordination.
• Document infrastructure changes and assist with change management and DR planning.
