Job summary

Jabil in Penang, Malaysia seeks a senior Project Manager/PMO lead to guide business and IT projects from planning through execution. You will mentor team members, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure adherence to PMBOK knowledge areas while delivering on time and within budget.

Candidates with SAP project experience are preferred; a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work or a Master’s with 3 years is expected.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating requirements, schedules and stakeholder approval.
Experience applying PMBOK knowledge areas in medium-sized projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholders.
Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder approval.
Prepare project plans and schedules, covering PMBOK knowledge areas.
Conduct internal and vendor inquiries to meet current business needs.
Coordinate RFI/RFPs with third parties and internal IT procurement.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
Identify risks and issues and implement alternatives.
Provide guidance to team members and support goal achievement.
Manage multiple medium-risk projects concurrently.
Recommend and conduct training as needed.
Oversee change control and overall project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
