The ideal candidate offers a Bachelor's in IT/CS, 7+ years in IT project management, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/CSM, with solid experience in MS Project and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience with complex initiatives.
• Certifications PMP/PRINCE2/CSM are preferred or required.
• Experience with MS Project and JIRA is expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Define objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, risks, issues, and provide regular status reports.
• Oversee procurement and deployment of resources including software/hardware.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Conduct kick‑offs, progress reviews, and post‑implementation analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and governance.
• Mentor and guide project team members to ensure high performance.
• Manage changes and maintain thorough documentation.
• Ensure delivery meets customer expectations and quality standards.
