Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to closure. You will ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields with 5–8+ years in IT projects and 3–5+ years in project management. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; Cantonese is a big plus. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 5-8+ years of experience in IT projects.
• 3-5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Solid experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in infrastructure, system implementation, AI-related project is a plus.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and quality
• Define project objectives, scope, plans, and milestones with stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive project execution
• Track progress, manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management
• Ensure project documentation and governance processes are followed
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Perform other project-related tasks assigned by supervisor
