Job summary

PositiveLinks Asia is seeking an experienced IT Project Executive to lead and deliver IT system projects from planning to completion in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and requirements, while maintaining clear communication and regular status updates.

Mandarin is an advantage for stakeholder discussions. Applicants should have strong PM credentials and a proven track record of successful project

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
Experience in MES, WMS, EMS, ERP, or Supply Chain Management projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or other recognized certification.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Mandarin is a strong advantage due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from planning, implementation through to completion.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and partners.
Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates and reports.
Manage project issues, risks, and follow-up actions.
Support customer communication and ensure their requirements are understood.
Understand the system and support customer discussions or demonstrations when required.
Monitor project costs and manpower allocation.
