Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a passionate IT Programmer to design, develop, and maintain internal systems that support daily business operations. You will work closely with users and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with at least 2 years of software development experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in software development. Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and project portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyse user requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, and Angular.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure application quality and stability.
• Enhance existing systems by improving performance, fixing issues, and implementing new features.
• Prepare system documentation and user guides for operational reference.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal system users.
• Ensure all development follows company standards, security practices, and processes.
• Provide regular project and task status updates to the IT Manager.
• Participate in standby/on-call support based on roster when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
