Job summary

CJ Century Logistics – Bukit Raja, Selangor is seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst with ASP.NET know-how to join our IT team. You will analyse business requirements, support internal applications, and enhance systems built on the ASP.NET platform.

The role combines system analysis, application support, and development tasks, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, troubleshooting, deployment, reporting, and data integrity maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT analyst, system analyst, or similar role.
• Diploma or higher qualification in IT or related field.
• Familiar with ASP.NET (MVC or Web Forms) and C# development principles.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with Entity Framework and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Analyst with working knowledge of ASP.NET to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will analyse business requirements, support internal applications, and also enhance and maintain systems built on the ASP.NET platform. This role combines system analysis, application support, and development tasks.

Key responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues in existing ASP.NET-based systems and provide solutions.

Support internal users by investigating and resolving software issues and performance concerns.

Assist in developing, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ASP.NET applications.

Develop reports and queries using SQL or related tools.

Monitor and maintain application data integrity and system efficiency.

Create documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.

About you

2+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.

Diploma or higher qualification in IT or a related field.

Fresh graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field are encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with ASP.NET (MVC or Web Forms) and C# development principles.

Strong understanding of relational databases, especially SQL Server.

Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures or working with data models.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Entity Framework.

Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
