Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost analysis, financial operations, procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Xero is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis & Insights: Analyse vendor and system-related costs, identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimisation, and provide structured insights.
• Vendor Evaluation & Benchmarking: Assess vendor quotations, service scope, and product features; perform market benchmarking.
• Procurement Governance & Process: Support procurement procedures (RFQ, quotation comparisons, documentation) and maintain records per governance standards.
• Cost Monitoring & Performance Management: Monitor vendor usage and cost trends; support renewal or replacement decisions.
• Data & Reporting: Develop cost analysis reports and dashboards to improve spend visibility and decision-making.
