Credit Bureau Malaysia is looking for an IT Procurement & Inventory Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle of IT assets. This role includes budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract management while ensuring compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of relevant experience. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with IT operations and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in IT procurement, supply chain, or IT asset management.
• Experience with IT hardware/software procurement and vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and prepare procurement recommendations.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective solutions.
