AT&S AUSTRIA TECHNOLOGIE & SYSTEMTECHNIK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to respond to general IT requests from employees and act as the first point of contact for end users.
You will diagnose and provide technical support while driving improvements in system efficiency and reliability. The role requires a Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with basic knowledge of OT systems, MES, system
Respond to general IT requests from employees and act as a first point of contact for end users (Service Now tickets, phone, e-mails requests).
Diagnose and provide technical support to end-users.
Engage local end user, continue drive improvement of system efficiency.
Prioritize Service Requests and Incidents and resolve/ escalat them as per the procedure.
Administrate user identity and access to IT systems and applications.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
Basic Know-how/understanding & troubleshooting of OT systems and applications.
Basic knowledge in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and system monitoring
Basic Knowledge in Operating systems and office suite applications.
24/7 Operations support.
Good analytical skills and the ability to define the precise nature of customer problems.
Resourceful, independent and result oriented.
