Job summary

Pixlr Group is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager, IT Operations to ensure our production services and workplace technology stay reliable. You’ll investigate incidents, manage assets, administer Google Workspace, and guide the IT support team while staying close to technical work.

The role covers production operations, incident/change management, asset and network support, governance, and vendor coordination. Ideal for experienced IT leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT operations or related fields with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience supporting production incidents and IT services
• Knowledge of endpoint management and office networking
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 controls is advantageous
• Ability to coordinate vendors and stakeholders, including after-hours escalation

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and staging environments for availability and performance
• Investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, access, and reviews
• Oversee endpoint and office infrastructure, asset lifecycle and security
• Maintain governance, compliance, and continuity measures
• Coordinate vendors and guide IT operations staff with hands-on involvement
