Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a skilled IT professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide Level 2 end-user computing support and administer desktop devices and endpoint management platforms. You will manage SCCM and Intune deployments, support Microsoft Teams Rooms, and assist with network, server, and storage operations to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years in end user computing, desktop/endpoints or IT infrastructure.
• Proven Level 2 support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows and MacOS devices and MDM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 escalation for desktop, laptop, mobile devices and workplace tech.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, app, connectivity, printing issues in Windows and Mac.
• Provide onsite and remote support for senior/executive users.
• Device provisioning, deployment, refresh, recovery and lifecycle support.
• Image and deploy corporate devices using enterprise tools and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Group Technology to improve first-contact resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentor junior support resources.
