Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive - Information Technology (Operation) to provide governance oversight, analytical insight, and effective IT operations management. You will oversee budget planning, software license administration, and performance reporting to strengthen decision-making and compliance.

The role emphasizes dashboard development, procurement coordination, and workforce planning to optimize IT operations and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business/admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in IT operations support, administration, analytics, budgeting, reporting and governance.
• Knowledge of IT operations governance, budget planning, cost control, and reporting practices.
• Experience with software license management, asset lifecycle, and procurement coordination.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard development, and performance reporting using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern IT operational support activities aligned with department objectives.
• Manage IT budget planning, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and cost optimization reporting.
• Administer software license management, including compliance control, renewal governance, and inventory accuracy.
• Analyse and report operational data covering budget utilization, headcount, resource usage, and service performance.
• Develop and standardize IT dashboards, reports, and documentation for data consistency and integrity.
• Oversee IT procurement, inventory management, asset lifecycle control, and spare parts aging analysis.
• Govern workforce planning, resource allocation, and manpower data management.
• Identify process gaps and implement data-driven improvements across IT operations.
• Lead change initiatives, tools adoption, and performance measurement in IT Operations.
