Job summary

De Luxe Circle (M) Sdn Bhd in Skudai, Johor, seeks an experienced IT / MIS Executive / Assistant Manager to support and advance IT infrastructure and MIS across its non-halal food operations. This full-time role focuses on ensuring peak system performance, business continuity, and digital transformation initiatives that drive competitive advantage.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, MIS development, technical support, and project delivery while mentoring junior staff and enforcing IT governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT management or MIS roles, preferably within manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of MIS and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with system administration, network management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft are desirable.
• Familiarity with non-halal food industry operations is an advantage.
• Able to work in non-halal food industry located in Taman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai, Johor.
• Process own transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Support the development, implementation, and management of MIS that provide critical business insights and reporting capabilities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users across the organisation, troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and technology initiatives within budget.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement and optimise IT resources.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Manage IT budgets and procurement for hardware, software, and services.
• Lead and mentor junior IT staff, providing training and professional development.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
