This is an IT Lead Workplace Technology Solutions role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Electrolux Group Solutions team is strengthening its focus and capabilities in digital collaboration. As an IT Lead you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the digital collaboration service. As essential part of the role is to adopt a common user experience regardless of geography, through a combination of software and hardware.
You will be responsible in supporting the client technology and digital workplace, video & telephony and SAM.
In your role you will report to the IT Manager Workplace Solutions APAC MEA, you will work in close collaboration with the APAC MEA Employee Experience team and Collaboration Solutions team and leverage APAC MEA Employee Experience team as the regional delivery force.
Technology Excellence: Support excellent, modern and value focused workplace technology experiences. Proactively monitor all security compliance and avoid security vulnerabilities by focusing on remediation and improvements.
Lifecycle management: Support and deliver the IT workplace technology visions. Ensure a product lifecycle is tracked and explore opportunities to optimize. Maintain and support around Teams communication including voice, video and rooms. Evaluate and validate cloud applications/software cost and contribute to optimization initiatives.
User Experience: Understand the Electrolux users and stakeholders, their needs, and challenges for improvements. Service delivery: Ensure an excellent IT service delivery within the operational scope. Ensure operational KPI metric are met by internal and outsourced vendor and drive for improvement. Vendor management: Build a strong relationship with outsourced vendor for operational excellence and delivery. Manager outsourced vendors to meet specific deliverables and target.
Modern Device Management: Lead and enhance PC lifecycle processes including Windows Autopilot provisioning, standardized PC imaging, and modern deployment methodologies. Ensure seamless user onboarding and consistent configuration across devices.
Endpoint & Compliance Management: Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for policy management, device compliance, configuration profiles, software distribution, and security baselines. Ensure all endpoints meet corporate compliance and security standards.
Provide advanced support, governance, and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft security & compliance capabilities.
Provide advanced support and governance across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related security & compliance features. Drive adoption of new capabilities and best practices.
Lead the enablement and responsible adoption of Productivity AI solutions—primarily Microsoft Copilot and related AI features, by defining usage standards, security controls, and best practices. Drive measurable productivity gains through targeted use-cases, user adoption programs, and continuous optimization of M365 and AI-powered collaboration tools.
Printer & Peripheral Management: Manage and optimize corporate printing solutions, including driver deployment, queue management, usage monitoring, and the integration of printers into modern management platforms.
Lifecycle Management: Support and deliver the IT workplace technology vision through structured lifecycle planning for hardware, software, and cloud services. Continuously evaluate technology stacks to ensure they meet business needs.
Product Lifecycle Optimization: Ensure workplace technology products are properly tracked end-to-end, from introduction to retirement. Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, or optimize through automation, standardization, and vendor improvements.
Teams Collaboration & Communication: Maintain and support Microsoft Teams including voice, video, and meeting room solutions. Ensure high-quality collaboration experiences across the region.
Cloud Application Governance: Evaluate, validate, and optimize cloud applications/software costs. Contribute to cost-management and vendor optimization initiatives through data-driven decision-making and technology rationalization.
