Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is seeking an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer to support the implementation, administration, and maintenance of the RTS ICT environment. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of data centre, enterprise networks, OT/IT convergence, and end-user computing across RTS ICQC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VCP or Security+ are highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure and network support/engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and configure IT infrastructure systems (server, network, storage, backup) per project requirements.
• Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
• Respond to Tier 2/3 incidents with rapid resolution and escalation as needed.
• Implement security configurations and support audits (ISO 27001, CIS).
• Maintain DRP/BCP and participate in testing for resilience.
• Document infrastructure configurations and procedures for audit readiness.
