MetLife in Malaysia seeks a Manager, IT Infrastructure Finance & FinOps to provide strategic financial leadership across Asia Infrastructure, Cloud, and Technology Operations. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost governance, and executive reporting to enable data-driven IT investments.

You will partner with Infrastructure leadership, manage cost allocation, transfer pricing, and cloud cost optimization, delivering dashboards and financial insights that support major technology initiatives.

Competenze

• 10+ years in Technology/Infrastructure Finance, FP&A or IT Financial Management.
• Experience with large-scale Infrastructure and Cloud budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of cost allocation, transfer pricing, and shared services models.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial platforms such as Apptio, SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft.

Mansioni

• Lead IT financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for Asia Infrastructure.
• Own Infrastructure Opex and Capex budgets across Data Center, Network, Cloud, Security and Workplace.
• Develop cloud cost governance and FinOps practices for Azure and other platforms.
• Design cost allocation methodologies and manage intercompany recharges.
• Build and maintain project financial models and governance across Infrastructure portfolios.
• Produce executive dashboards and monthly/quarterly financial reviews.
