Job summary

Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT Infrastructure and Support Manager to govern, operate, and modernize the enterprise technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of IT, you lead IT support, projects, and regional operations across HQ, plants, and branch sites.

You will drive infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security policy enforcement, asset lifecycle management, and ISO IMS compliance. Strong leadership and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5+ years IT leadership experience.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure, networks, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management and infrastructure upgrade initiatives across sites.
• Oversee GLPI Service Desk operations and SLA compliance across all locations.
• Manage on-prem Hyper-V server infrastructure and virtual environments for core apps.
• Enforce M365/Entra ID security policies and identity management.
• Govern asset lifecycle and IMS ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance.
• Lead team, vendor relationships, budgeting and technology roadmap execution.
