Job summary

DATAKRAF SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to implement, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure in Kuala Lumpur.

You will work with servers, networks, virtualization, cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and infrastructure projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and hands-on cloud experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
Strong Windows and Linux server administration and enterprise networking.
Hands-on virtualization with VMware/Hyper‑V.
Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, backups and DR strategies.
Good troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
Willing to travel and work with clients/vendors.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain and optimize secure IT infrastructure.
Administer Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls.
Monitor performance, ensure SLA targets and security compliance.
Manage backups, DR planning, patching and documentation.
Support virtualization and cloud environments (VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Coordinate project work with PMs, vendors and clients; provide on-site support.
