Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Buyer Manager to lead IT hardware sourcing and purchasing, manage supplier negotiations, and supervise the buying team. The role requires directing purchasing strategy across all outlets, negotiating pricing and terms with brands and distributors, and coordinating with product, sales and finance teams.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field, with 3–5 years of purchasing experience and demonstrated staff

Formación

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead purchasing strategy for IT hardware across all outlets.
• Negotiate with brands and distributors on pricing, terms and rebates.
• Manage inventory levels, stock turnover and ageing.
• Lead and supervise the buyer and procurement team.
• Work closely with product, sales and finance teams on planning.
