Suez Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive - IT to support day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk, device setup, and vendor coordination in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers IT assets, security, and documentation, with opportunities to contribute across infrastructure and end-user support.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist or fresh graduate comfortable troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors, and delivering reliable IT services to staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to liaise with vendors and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support (helpdesk) to end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and devices.
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure (switches/routers/firewalls).
• Set up and support remote access, VPN, and remote tools.
• Monitor systems and backups to ensure uptime and data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding with system setup and accounts.
