Job summary

JRBC Group is seeking an IT Executive to support technology operations across its head office and multiple outlets in Malaysia. The role focuses on keeping systems stable, providing timely technical support, and maintaining network integrity, whether on-site or remotely.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience including IT support, and solid knowledge of hardware, OS, networks, NAS, and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Solid IT hardware knowledge.
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows and Mac), networking (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting and firewall/security technologies.
• Working knowledge of NAS servers and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Disciplined and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management

About you

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, including at least 1 year in a similar IT support role

Solid IT hardware knowledge

Understanding of operating systems (Windows and Mac), networking (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting and firewall/security technologies

Working knowledge of NAS servers and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics)

Disciplined and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
