Lenovo Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Overseas Website Content Operator to release and maintain content for Lenovo's overseas after-sales site (support.lenovo.com). You will work with internal teams to collect product information and support launches, while localizing content for the regional site.

The role requires proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and strong English/Chinese communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master degree required.
• Ability to communicate via email and meetings in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Release and maintain Lenovo's overseas after-sales website content (support.lenovo.com) based on drivers, manuals, warranty info, etc.
• Maintain IWS and service providers information on the site timely per service needs.
• Collect new product information, organize, and assist in new product launches.
• Maintain knowledge base platform user management based on registration information.
• Handle content service issues, create issue numbers, and close the loop.
• Localization of content for the website; collaborate with stakeholders, dev, pub, and service teams.

Description and Requirements

Overseas website content operation

1. Responsible for the release and maintenance of the content of Lenovo’s overseas after-sales website for commercial and consumer products. Based on the provided content materials, such as software drivers, applications, manuals, international warranty information, etc., maintain the official overseas after-sales website of Lenovo ( support.lenovo.com )

2. Maintain IWS, service providers information on website timely per service business needs

3. Collect new product information, organizing, and assist in new product launch work

4. Maintain knowledge base platform user management based on user registration information

5. Handle content service-related issues timely, create issue numbers, handle and complete the closed loop

6. website localization for content, cross-team work with stakeholder, dev team, pub team, service team

Job requirements

2. Bachelor or Master degree, able to communicate via email and meetings in English and Chinese

3. Proficient in using Excel, Power point and other office software

4. Has experience in content operation and service field

5. Be able to use Confluence and have experience in agile development. HTML page development is preferred.-
