Job summary

UPS is looking for a deployment and support specialist to provide hardware and software planning, network management, and deployment of UPS approved technology across Malaysia. The role involves coordinating installations, upgrades, and technical services across multiple locations including UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer sites.

The position supports internal and external customers, handles landlines, mobile devices, PBX systems, and conferencing equipment, and conducts regular audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification preferred.
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Facility Technology Management
• Fulfills Service Requests
• Interfaces with Customers, Teams, and Associates
• Conducts TSG Technical Disaster Recovery Procedures
• Addresses Customer Requests
