Job summary

Mutu Case is seeking an IT Support Executive to manage the company’s IT infrastructure and support staff. You will install and maintain CCTV systems, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure secure, reliable operation of networks and security equipment.

The role requires hands-on technical work, independent yet collaborative teamwork, and willingness to visit sites for installations and maintenance. Mutu Case is a Malaysia-based phone accessories brand focused on growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems maintenance or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electronic/electrical products, IT hardware, networking and CCTV systems.
• Proficient in system maintenance, software management and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform hands-on technical work and occasional site visits.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, warehouse or similar environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems and networks.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.
• Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems, including camera placement, cabling and recording devices.
• Ensure CCTV cameras and recording equipment are functioning properly through regular maintenance.
• Configure recording schedules, motion detection and other CCTV system features.
• Handle physical installations and ensure proper integration with IT networks.
• Perform system maintenance, software updates and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment, systems and maintenance activities.
• Ensure IT and CCTV systems operate reliably and securely.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
