Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior IT & CCTV Admin Assistant to support daily IT and CCTV operations and assist with general administrative tasks. The candidate should have basic IT knowledge, be willing to learn, and comfortable handling administrative duties.

The role involves CCTV monitoring, simple troubleshooting, CCTV installation support, and maintaining records. The position also covers office tasks and data entry as part of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
• Basic knowledge or experience with CCTV systems is an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years in IT support, CCTV support, IT administration or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation and monitoring of CCTV systems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for CCTV, computers, printers, network and IT equipment.
• Assist with CCTV installation, maintenance and basic configuration.
• Monitor CCTV recordings and ensure the system is functioning properly.
• Coordinate with external IT/CCTV vendors for technical issues.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, CCTV equipment and related documents.
• Assist with general office administrative tasks and documentation.
