Ambition in Penang is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions within the IT Services team.

From pre-sales to post-implementation, you will work with stakeholders, document requirements, assess systems, and coordinate testing and training to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' experience in business application development or technical/business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales meetings and tendering with business units.
• Capture and document business needs with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Participate in SOP and EDI discussions and plan implementations.
• Assess systems and business models to support operations.
• Collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure requirements are delivered.
• Execute system integration testing and coordinate UAT with ops and customers.
• Facilitate end-user training and provide ongoing system support.

The Role
