Job summary

SK Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Automation Executive to drive digital transformation by building automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on process automation, system integration, data analytics, and delivering IT support to improve efficiency.

You will develop Power Apps canvass and model-driven apps, design automated workflows with Power Automate, and integrate SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, and external APIs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, or RPA development.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SQL databases, API integrations, and system architecture.
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business digitalization opportunities and translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

• Provide basic IT support for HQ and retail operations when required.
