Job summary

Evonik Malaysia in Selangor seeks an SAP EHS support specialist to join our global IT/ESG teams. You will handle L2/L3 support and engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance across modules.

Responsibilities include coordinating the KL support team, working with SVT, MRC, ALE distribution, health and safety management, and using tools like SMAX and ServiceNow. German language is a plus and openness to learn is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Ability to solve issues independently and consult others.
• Open to learning new topics such as Waste Management.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EHS with stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate shift within KL support team.
• Work with ticket tools such as SVT, MRC, ALE distribution, and internal ServiceNow.
• Assist Health and Safety Management (HSM) related tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• L2 and L3 support for SAP EHS incl. coverage of Business requirements, communication and coordination with the stakeholders
• Shift alignment within the KL support team
• general working with different ticket tools, e.g. Regulatory Solution Board user stories, SMAX (followed by ServiceNow Evonik internally)
• Support SAP EHS with focus on Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), Marketing Restriction Checks (MRC) and ALE distribution, moreover Health and Safety Management (HSM)

REQUIREMENTS

• University / Bachelor degree or comparable
• His/her experience enables the candidate to solve the related issues him-/herself and to consult others
• Openess to learn new topics, e.g. Waste Management
• German language abilities beneficial
