Job summary

MRD is seeking an ERP Support Specialist in Johor Bahru to provide daily user support across production, inventory, purchasing, finance, and planning modules. You will troubleshoot issues, document user requirements, and assist with patches and upgrades.

Responsibilities include system configurations, user access management, data accuracy, and creating user guides while training staff. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting business applications or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of manufacturing/supply chain processes.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.
