JAC Recruitment is seeking a capable automation and application development professional to build and maintain internal business applications and automation solutions. You will design RPA workflows with Power Automate and UiPath to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, integrate systems via SQL and REST APIs, support digital transformation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in application development, system development, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong SQL skills including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience with backend development or scripting languages (Node.js or PHP).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integration.
• Hands-on exposure to Power Automate or UiPath.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, database design, and stored procedures.


• Experience with backend development or scripting languages such as Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies.


• Good understanding of REST APIs, system integration, and data exchange between applications.


• Hands-on experience or exposure to Power Automate, UiPath, or other RPA/automation platforms.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation workflows.


• Experience working with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
