Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan RecruitFirst Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable software developer for in-house applications across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You will design, develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

You will also work with RPA tooling (Power Automate, UiPath), manage SQL and REST APIs, and collaborate with non-technical users to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience with strong fundamentals in SQL and scripting and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Database skills: Proficient in SQL, including queries and stored procedures.
• Backend scripting: Working knowledge of Node.js, PHP, or similar and REST APIs understanding.
• Automation tools: Familiarity with basic RPA/automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).
• AI/LLM productivity tools: Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for productivity (e.g. Claude, Power Automate).
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• In-house software development: Design, develop and implement in-house applications (web/mobile/desktop) to support business processes.
• RPA development: Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and UiPath to boost productivity.
• Bug fixing and troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintenance and support: Regular maintenance, updates and optimization of existing systems; provide user support.
• Documentation & version control: Maintain up-to-date documentation and deployment records for traceability.

Job description

In-house Software Development: Design, develop and implement in-house applications (web-based, mobile-based, and desktop-based) to support business processes and improve efficiency.

RPA Development (Power Automate & UiPath): Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows using Power Automate and UiPath to automate repetitive business tasks and enhance productivity.

Software Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application issues or system bugs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Software Maintenance & Operational Support: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of existing systems and applications; provide technical support to end-users and operations teams.

System Documentation & Version Control: Maintain up-to-date documentation for applications, including source code, change logs, and deployment records, to ensure traceability and compliance.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and propose innovative improvements.

Required Qualifications:
